A 25 yard free kick from Josh Baxter was the difference as Dinnington Town earned their 2nd away win of the season. In the 1st half Dinno had a goal from Gracjan Klimczak disallowed for offside, and another effort superbly saved from man of the match Joe Vaughan in the SJR Worksop goal. Midway through the 1st half Dinnington Town were award a free kick just outside the area. Josh Baxter stepped up and despite the keeper getting a hand to the ball it nestled home off the top left hand post to earn Dinnington Town all three points. Dinno had numerous changes to extend the lead but were denied more goals by a great performance in goal by Joe Vaughan. Despite a late onslaught by SJR Worksop, Dinno managed to hold out for the win. Dinnington Town are next in action on Saturday 23rd September away against Staveley Miners Welfare Reserves. Kick off is at 3:00pm.
